Pmsl@ Vince.

I really wish I'd gone now, if only so it was a surf that dragged him out, but mostly to get pics.

If we send this to James Cameron he might go for another remake of raise the titanic.........

Or perhaps tis the Black Pig and are you Cap'n Pugwash or maybe Roger the cabin boy?.....

Deploying airbags might be a useful option to fit?

Is the shed dried out yet?

Nice pics. :D Shame there's not a side shot, or similar, of both vehicles as he's being dragged out, just to really polish it off. :D
Posted by: Brummie
Date: 30-12-2011 14:42:12
Was that polish it off or rub it in   :D
Posted by: Matt
Date: 30-12-2011 15:41:43
Both. :D Polish off the list of events so that we can really rub it in. :D

Was it water in the intake which killed it then Ian?

still you've got that nice green one to go plant in a field as a back up....

Date: 30-12-2011 18:32:57
Wny not drain off the engine oil? That way you'll see if it ingested any water...and you can't do much else without a new seal...

Date: 30-12-2011 18:50:09
Oil is ok ..... but it's pissing passed the front crank seal

Ian,

1 - You've got form being rescued by Solihull's finest. What's that old saying - Fool me once, shame on you. FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME? Or, is it 'Those who forget the lessons of history are doomed to repeat them'. Is that original rescue still up on Youtube?

2 - I thought the run was cancelled. Is my invite stuck in the post?

3 - Hope (apart from this) your Christmas has been good. Happy New Year to one and all.
