Motor Stealer/Dealer

I don't tend to trust motor dealers as a rule but these guys well what does the panel think?

Re: Motor Stealer/Dealer

lol

I'd say it's dodgy ...

The 0844 number on eBlag isn't mentioned on the company's website

They do have a section dealing with exporting cars to Africa but the feel is somewhat different to the eBlag ad and it isn't riddled with spelling and grammatical errors

That's a possibility ...

Just remember that not all Nigerians are scammers - I work with quite a few and they're really good people

I've just emailed the real company a link to the eBlag ad - if it disappears we'll know the answer !

Re: Motor Stealer/Dealer

duh

It appears that my low opinion of my fellow man is unjustified on this occasion !

Kristian from Specialist Cars has just emailed me to say that it's OK - I hope he means that the ad is legitimate rather than it's a good ad ...

Re: Motor Stealer/Dealer

The years in business vary from 15 to 25 to 50 combined?

It looks more like a badly imaged business rather than a scam.  But as I neither want a free l#nder or to export one to Africa it's not going to affect me :-)

All the ones I know, and I'm friends with a few.  There all slightly dodgy, great guys, good laugh, but still dodgy.  It's just from my experience, I'm not saying all nigerians are dodgy but I've not yet met one who is not.
