Re: Nothing to see here.....

I hate to say this but I agree with our resident grape crusher !

Brummie was one of the few who regularly appear here (the same can be said for the present company) but where are the others ?

Matt and Yeti appear about as often as a Theresa May promise is kept !!

Re: Nothing to see here.....

We need entertainment
Can we get George to reappear?
Or maybe the skull drawing "breakdown truck"

Someone get Matt to find them and send an invite.  wink

Re: Nothing to see here.....

You are all too kind, I've also had a wheel fall of my tractor, 12 years of ownership and checking such things and it fell off halfway up a row, thankfully I had the sprayer on the back or it might have gone sideways.

Re: Nothing to see here.....

Did bio tighten that one then? hmm

Don't tell us....it's an Italian tractor?  big_smile

It is an Italian built tractor but all the bits cone from the USA.

Re: Nothing to see here.....

Had a customer with a small holding, she bought one of those cheap Chinese flat packed self assembly tractors.
She reckoned it was better than any of the big name ones she'd ever owned.

So it seems the Italians can't screw together a cheaply sourced American rot box machine properly  smile

They work well on low hour use, sadly the adaptors for our various vineyard gadgets won't fit them so it leaves us with a choice of fendt, Lamborghini, new Holland, John Deere and kubota.

I'd love to drive that, have driven an Audi R8 which brought a silly grin to my chops

Re: Nothing to see here.....

A silly grin to your chops and heart palpitations to your licence :-)

I can imagine that the R8 goes to illegal speeds in a blink !  devilish

I was using it at Thruxton, got to about 135mph on the straight, a very chuckable car and a great engine note. I think my date with a Giulia QF is approaching, want to see how the 2h values hold up.

One small problem is that I can't sit in passenger seat, I'm too tall as I can't get my right leg under the dash/glove compartment.
