Well the trip home went smoothly, only issue was when I stopped at the services and forgot the floor was a bit further away than normal and pretty much did the splits 
It's all tucked up in bed now
(being inspected by the boss)

Nice garage you've got there. The truck fits well.
Leaning towards a standard silver car with black leather interior - standard apart from 18" gunmetal grey Impreza STi alloys. The guy's happy to MOT it before we do the deal. Fair enuff!
Spoke to my mate about the modded one, and he was blown away by the spec when he saw the ad, but did say that kind of BHP (getting on for 400 from 2 litres) doesn't allow any room for error, and anything going wrong will go wrong very quickly and in a big way! Nah, 260bhp is plenty for me.

It does look very clean andy.
spot on with the standard motor thought . 400 bhp from 2 litres... That engines more stressed than Gordon browns election campaign manager. And I reckon it will be awesome around these roads for a trip to see the northern lights. Looking forward to seeing it when we come down in a couple of months.

i haven't driven a gt4 yet but i like the look of them tho.
If they are anything like the 2.0l gt then it will be awsome.I have had 120mph from Mandy's and that was the limit as it's restricted but i would never want to go that fast again on a dual carriage way.
I gotta say i only did it to see what the car would do and i did it on the way home from a night shift at about 4am.

Front bash plate took a little knock is all
Aircon fan on 3.0ltr is in front of the rad fortunately, not underneath as is the 2.4Ltr
