You can charge an admin fee to supply FOI request you can also refuse to provided if the task of compilation is onerous.

I was going to leave it for eleven working days to post them, just to make the point highly clear before I acknowledged their existence in any way or form, but I couldn't even be arsed counting the days.

I could always supply a condensed version of the requested information. I'm sure most of it would be encompassed by one line of text or so, namely: "Steve' you're a cock".

You can't expect people of that ilk to understand rational, logical thought and concepts Bio.

It's like pissing into the wind trying to get owt through to them. Unfortunately, I've had more than my fair share of dealings with sociopaths, and rationality, logic and decency/morality are just complete unknowns to them. They cannot grasp or apply those concepts for love nor money. Mind you, I do now know what seems to truly incense them more than anything else on earth, and I discovered it completely by accident to boot.

As weird as it may sound... nothing.

Not nothing as in there is nothing, but continuing as if nothing they do or say is out of the ordinary. The absolute absence of any reaction, (for example fear, annoyance or anger), to anything they say or do to try and antagonise one seems to have quite an unexpected effect.

Seems to be that practically living in the workshop for the last several weeks has had a very good effect on my levels of stress, as well as other perks. The lathe work especially has been concentrating my attention on something useful and peaceful. Buggered for using that at the minute though, (I've had to leave a piece mounted in the chuck until I can get a knurling tool and tap to finish it), so I picked up a pair of needles and ball of wool today from my mothers. Thought I'd do some knitting to keep my levels consistent and calm in the absence of the lathework, now I know the golden rule. Had to ask mother how to cast on though. Like a tool, I couldn't for the life of me remember. It has been a few years since I last knitted though, in my defence.

That is indeed the lamest legal email ever. Freedom of information only applies to public bodies and you haven't divulged any data so data protection is kind of out too. As I said over there, trying to prove that someone has defamed you when they don't even know your name is an interesting proposition too...

Does the use of the forum have any terms and conditions?
